American media outlet TMZ reported that at least 33 celebrity residences have been destroyed in the disaster. Among the affected is global pop sensation Dua Lipa, who recently shared her harrowing experience.
The wildfires have wreaked havoc in Pacific Palisades, where several celebrity homes have been completely gutted. Dua Lipa was also compelled to evacuate her luxury residence. She took to social media, sharing a chilling video of the disaster where gray smoke engulfed the Los Angeles sky.
Expressing her concern, Dua wrote on Instagram, “The situation in Los Angeles is truly catastrophic and terrifying. My thoughts are with everyone forced to leave their homes because of this disaster.”
She also encouraged her followers to offer support, stating, “For those willing to donate or provide shelter for the displaced, I am sharing helpful links for assistance.”
Reassuring fans about her safety, Dua added, “I am safe and have taken precautions. Sending love to those struggling during this difficult time. Please stay safe and take care of one another.”
Dua Lipa had purchased a lavish home in Beverly Hills in 2020, which has now been impacted by the wildfire. Authorities advised her to evacuate for safety.
Other stars whose homes were affected include Demi Moore, Anthony Hopkins, Paris Hilton, Billy Crystal, and Cameron Mathison, highlighting the widespread destruction caused by the wildfires.
