Rolls-Royce has entered the electric vehicle market with the launch of its first fully electric car, the “Spectre.” This ultra-luxury EV comes with a hefty price tag of $420,000, positioning it among the most exclusive electric vehicles available.
The Spectre is powered by two robust electric motors, generating 577 horsepower and 664 pound-feet of torque. Despite its considerable size and weight, this car can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.4 seconds, offering impressive performance for an electric luxury vehicle. At lower speeds, it boasts a range of approximately 266 miles on a full charge. One standout feature is its silent operation, a characteristic that sets it apart from most electric vehicles, which typically produce some sound under acceleration.
Designed with maneuverability in mind, the Spectre includes advanced steering and braking systems, a 360-degree camera, and rear-wheel steering, allowing smooth navigation even in tight spaces. It’s also equipped with a high-end infotainment system, supporting Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a 16-speaker sound system.
