Bayern Munich showcased their dominance with a 2-1 victory over Celtic at their home ground. The match began with early drama as Celtic found the net in the first minute, but an offside ruling spared the German side from an initial setback. From that moment, Bayern took control, launching relentless attacks. Despite multiple chances, they struggled to convert until Michael Olise struck a stunning goal in the 45th minute to put them ahead.

The momentum carried into the second half, with Harry Kane delivering a clinical volley from a corner to double Bayern’s lead. Though Celtic’s Daizen Maeda pulled one back in the 79th minute, an equalizer remained elusive, sealing Bayern’s win.

Feyenoord Shocks AC Milan
At Feyenoord’s home ground, Igor Paixão stunned AC Milan with a goal in just the 3rd minute. Despite Milan’s relentless pursuit of an equalizer, their efforts went unrewarded. The Italian giants failed to capitalize on several scoring opportunities, ultimately suffering a narrow 1-0 defeat. The spotlight now shifts to the second leg, where Milan must overturn the deficit at home.

Club Brugge Edges Atalanta in Dramatic Fashion
In a gripping first-leg playoff for a Round of 16 spot, Club Brugge secured a 2-1 victory against Atalanta. Ferran Jutglà put Brugge ahead in the 15th minute, only for Mario Pašalić to equalize before halftime. The match seemed destined for a draw until Brugge was awarded a late penalty, converted by Gustav Nilsson, clinching a vital win.

Benfica Gains Advantage Over Monaco
Benfica claimed a crucial 1-0 away win against Monaco, taking a step closer to the Round of 16. After a goalless first half, Vangelis Pavlidis netted the decisive goal in the 48th minute. Monaco’s night worsened when Al-Musrati saw a red card in the 52nd minute, reducing them to 10 men. Unable to recover, they now face a tough challenge in the second leg.
