Baby John, starring Varun Dhawan, is set for a grand Christmas release and has already created high expectations. Produced by celebrated South Indian filmmaker Atlee, the film also stars Keerthy Suresh and Wamiqa Gabbi in pivotal roles.
At a press conference in Mumbai, Varun, Keerthy, and Wamiqa shared light-hearted moments, giving fans a glimpse of their chemistry. The film’s trailer has already struck a chord with audiences, showcasing intense action scenes and emotional father-daughter moments featuring Varun and child actor Zara Zanna.
Varun, a father in real life, shared his excitement about the film. “I’ve always loved working with kids. I want to make movies that are enjoyable for children too,” he said. The actor revealed that the dual roles he plays in the film were inspired by Amitabh Bachchan’s Hum, pushing him to his emotional limits.
Wamiqa, making her debut in a large-scale Hindi film, called it a dream come true, praising Varun for creating a vibrant atmosphere on set. Meanwhile, Keerthy brought humor to the event, with Varun joking about her adventurous autorickshaw rides in Mumbai.
Directed by Kalish, Baby John is a Hindi remake of Atlee’s hit film Theri and promises action, drama, and thrill when it releases on December 25.
