Virat Kohli, widely regarded as one of cricket’s greatest, is now also making waves in the business world. Starting his entrepreneurial journey at just 25, Kohli has invested in various sectors, diversifying his influence beyond the cricket field.
Recently, Kohli partnered with Sporting Beyond, a Mumbai-based consulting firm where India’s former coach Ravi Shastri is a partner. Describing this venture as a “new beginning,” Kohli aims to bring transparency, integrity, and passion to his expanding business empire. Jaiveer Panwar, Sporting Beyond’s director, emphasized that the company will provide strategic advisory support across all of Kohli’s business endeavors, not just serve as his agent.
With a net worth exceeding $140 million, Kohli is also a brand ambassador for major global brands like Puma, Pepsi, Audi, and Tissot. His ventures span various industries, including alternative protein foods, social media startups, sports equipment, gyms, and restaurants. In 2017, he launched Nueva Bar & Dining in Delhi, and since then, has invested in FC Goa (Indian Super League), the E1 World Championship’s Blue Rising motorsport team, and global coffee brand Rage Coffee.
Joining other sports legends who’ve built global business empires, Kohli is setting a new standard for athletes worldwide as he works to transform his ventures into internationally recognized brands.
